Tayo Rotimi is a Principal Partner of MacTay Consulting. He has considerable experience in both the public and private sectors. Tayo was a General Manager in a motor marketing company and also worked in the Human Resources department of a large power company. He was a Lecturer in Human Resources and Marketing at the Yaba College of Technology, the premier college of technology in Nigeria. He was also a Director in a Mortgage Bank. Tayo also worked in TACK U.K as an HR Consultant. Tayo is the immediate past Chair of the Executive Board of the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO), with secretariat in Geneva. IFTDO has a special Consultative Status with ECOSOC of the United Nations. IFTDO also works very closely with the ILO.
Tayo is also a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), based in the USA. He is an ISPI Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). Tayo is a Certified Knowledge Manager by the International Institute of Knowledge Managers based in Washington DC. Tayo has been certified by the Disney Institute, Orlando, USA to help clients implement Quality Service and People Management the Disney Approach. Tayo is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
Tayo has presented papers on performance management at international conferences, including ISPI conference in Chicago and Long Beach, USA, the IFTDO conference in Brazil, U.K; Portugal, Bahrain and Egypt. He regularly consults for many companies both locally and abroad.
Elizabeth is a certified Performance Technologist (CPT) by the International Society for Performance Improvement. (ISPI). Elizabeth is on the executive board of IFTDO.
As a consultant with TACK, Nigeria, she has been involved in designing and implementing training programmes for the past 15 years. She is also well known for her skills in improving performance in the areas of Sales and Sales Management, Team Effectiveness, Customer Service and Relationship Management, Leadership, Culture and Diversity Management.
Elizabeth worked with UBA to transform the customer service delivery in over 140 of their branches. This project included transforming the processes, people and physical branch. She did a similar project for Union Bank. Elizabeth is currently working with Zenith Bank to improve their relationship management skills.
Elizabeth worked with Shell to improve internal Customer Service Satisfaction in the company. She is currently working with ExxonMobil to implement some of its programmes in Africa and the Middle East.
Elizabeth attended the Training the Trainer at the Shell headquarters at the Hague, she also works with SHELL Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria as the main facilitator to implement Intercultural Communication in the company.

Elizabeth runs courses in Customer Service, Team Building, Coaching, Analytical Problem Solving, Sales Training, Relationship Management, Effective Supervision, Persuasion and Influence, Profitable Time and Meetings Management.
Sylvester was a Sales Manager in UAC of Nigeria, a former Unilever subsidiary. He was also the District Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager and National Customer Service Training and Operations Manager for Nigerian Breweries (Heineken).
As a National Customer Service Training and Operations Manager, Sylvester was involved in conducting training programmes for the customer service and sales force of the company. He also ran a series of Training the Trainer programmes for the Field Sales Managers of the company. He played a key role in recruiting new sales people and Field Managers for Nigerian Breweries.
Since joining MacTay Consulting, Sylvester has been involved in conducting Coaching, Customer Service, Selling Skills and Training the Trainer programmes for our clients. He also designs Customer Service delivery systems for some of our clients.
He has three master's degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Banking and Finance. He is a veteran manager, consultant and trainer with over twenty years experience in diverse industries.
He was a Business Development Manager in D.N. Meyer Plc and Head, Risk Management, Global Bank Plc. He also functioned in the Human Resource Department of Global Bank Plc & Intercontinental Bank Plc.
He was the Training Manager of Intercontinental Bank Plc.
Qualifications & Experience
Edore holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from ESUT Business School (Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu). He is an associate member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD).
He is also a member of Personnel Practitioner Consultative Association (PPCA), Lagos Mainland.
Edore is currently the Head of Human Resources of the Group. Before joining MacTay, he was the Group Head of Human Resources and Internal Services of Teknokleen Group of Companies.
Adeyemi holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, he is an excellent communicator and had worked with MTN Nigeria Ltd as a client/organisation inter-phase executive before joining MacTay Consulting. Since joining MacTay Consulting, he has been involved in facilitating several courses especially Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills, Time Management and Personal Effective teams and Leadership, Business writing and Presentation skills. Some of the companies he consults for include ExxonMobil, NLNG, NNPC, Zenith Bank, First Bank, GT Bank, Spring Bank and UNICEF.
Adegbemi Onakoya was the Quality Assurance Manager for AT&T where he recently assisted the company to obtain the ISO 9000 certification. He later became the Finance Manager for the company. Adegbemi uniquely combines several years in the finance function of reputable companies with Total Quality Management and customer service. He recently worked with some members of Mac-Tay Tack Consulting team to implement Total Quality Management in a leading courier company. He also assisted AT&T Saudi Arabia to implement Total Quality and Reengineering initiatives.
Mr. Paul Iwundu is a veteran manager, consultant and trainer with solid industrial experience. He was at different times acting Branch Sales
Manager, Training Manager and acting HRM in Total Nigeria Plc (1985 - 1996).
He is the Chief Consultant of Macro Services, a management, marketing and sales training and consulting outfit, set up in 1996 with the mission to boost the vitality, efficacy and productivity of corporate clients in Nigeria.
Mr. Paul Iwundu is an Accredited Management Trainer, and guest speaker/consultant of the Centre for Management Development, CMD, Lagos. He is also a 1992 alumnus of the ADVANCED MANDEV Program (for managers) of CMD Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD).
